The insecurity in the quarter Kasika in the city of Goma, capital of the North Kivu province, has made several social and political groups to speak about it.
The recent intervention comes from Yvan Simweray, a political actor from the city of Goma contacted on this subject by the editorial staff of en.kivuavenir.com. According to him, the relocation of the Katindo military camp erected in the Kasika quarter, would be one of the possible solutions to put end to the insecurity which prevails in this part of the city.
In addition to this aspect, he also proposes the fence around this camp where, according to him, criminals are coming from.
“A fence for this camp would be one of the methods to fight against crimes because the troublemakers would come from there,” says Yvan Simweray.
This is why he appeals to the urban authorities to overcome this situation because the population is really a victim.
Recall that several cases of thefts and murders were recorded during this 1st trimester of this year 2023.
